BREAKFAST & LUNCH
From open we’re serving bountiful breakfasts, ranging from Aussie staples like eggs benedict or corn fritters, to more creative options like our acai bowl or signature Shearwater brekky. A perfect way to start your day off strong with friends and family.
Lunch will serve thereafter, featuring culinary delights such as seafood assiettes, share plates, and sirloin, alongside classic dish-types like pasta, ravioli, fries and salads.
We’re your perfect pit-stop, complementing a day of stunning outdoor activity with your closest companions. Well-suited for any day-time get-together, be it reunions, meet-ups, or celebrations a-like.
WATERFRONT DINNER
From share plates, to premium mains, pizzas, pastas and more, it’s shear matter of choosing the food to suit your mood. Not to mention that our dinner experience is accompanied by the subtle shimmering of our soft-lit waterfront.
Drink options are staggering, also. Classic and premium beers, spirits, and wines, alongside a curated list of creative cocktails to smooth out your evening.

That’s why, at Shearwater we stock proudly local, premium flavour coffee beans by Artisti Coffee Roasters, here on the Coffs Coast.
As for our baristas, it’s better experienced than said. We all enjoy our coffee differently, and yet, through care and subtle craftsmanship we create a cup to satisfy your taste buds. It’s local, and made how you like it.
