Shearwater Restaurant invites you to use our restaurant for your wedding

  • Fully Licensed
  • Variations to menus can be accommodated, especially vegetarian and dietary options
  • Seating up to 100 persons
  • Minimum Booking – 20 persons
  • Ideal for a cocktail style reception.
  • Shearwater Restaurant can be divided into two areas of 40 and 60 persons.
  • Live Music, decorations, cakes etc. can all be arranged by us
  • Children’s menu available $25 per child 12 years or under
  • 10% Deposit at time of booking
  • $500 venue hire (exclusive)
  • $300 venue hire (garden deck)

Vietnamese rice paper rolls w/ herb slaw, tamarind caramel

Crispy pork belly on black pepper glaze, asian salad

Garlic and chilli prawn linguini w/ fresh herbs and lemon

Semolini crusted salt and pepper squid, noodle salad, chilli lime dressing


Standard Main

Shiraz braised beef cheek, cauliflower cream, green beans, mushroom jus.

Seared snapper fillet, kipfler potato, olives, cherry tomato, parsley, salsa verde

Sticky pork belly, apple purée, bok choy, black pepper caramel


Chefs choice Main

Seared bug tails, prawn wanton, jasmine rice, choy sum, royal thai yellow curry

Pan seared eye fillet, hand cut wedges, sauté beans, cajun onion ring, smoked paprika aioli

Crispy skin duck breast, grilled watermelon, do chou, tamarind caramel

Sticky pork belly and black pepper

Semolina squid w/ orange truffle emulsion
